SPRING PHYSICALS

WHERE: High School North (even for middle school athletes)

DATE: Tuesday, May 22

TIME: 5:00-9:00 PM

COST: $15 for athletes currently in high school
          Free for athletes currently in middle school

Parents/Players,

This year, I expect that all players have their physical on file far in advance of the start of the season.  The easiest way for you to do this is to make every effort to take care of your physical on May 22 at school.  If this is absolutely impossible, then you need to print out the physical form from wopanthers.com and then set up a physical at your doctor or a medical center.
