Hi Parents, here's a little info on the tournament tomorrow:
6:00 am Meet at McDonalds
6:20 am Leave for Riverview Athletic Club (Plainfield avenue)
7:15 am Arrive at Riverview to make a quick decision whether to play in or outside
If courts are wet in the morning:
- All singles plus 1 and 2 doubles will play at Riverview, and start at 8am
- 3 and 4 doubles will play at MVP Rockford and start just after 8am as soon as they arrive.
If courts are dry in the morning:
- All the 1's and 2's will play at Rockford High School
- All the 3's and 4's will play at North Rockford Middle School
Additional Notes:
- A school has prom, so if we go inside, play will suspend at 5pm and conclude on Monday.
- If play concludes on Monday, the most likely start time would be just after noon to accommodate AP testing.
- Recall that we have a match against Holland on Monday. If the tournament finishes Monday, we need to be prepared to play twice, or to possibly move the match to Tuesday.
