Hello Varsity and JV Tennis Parents,
West Ottawa Tennis had another fantastic year! We welcome you to come, enjoy, and celebrate your son's individual and team successes at the Tennis Banquet on Wednesday October 19 from 6:30-8:30 in the LGI Room in the North building. You won't want to miss this!
Food To Bring For The Banquet:
Varsity players: Drinks (2 liters of pop, chocolate milk, water etc)
JV players: Dessert
A few things needed for the evening...I am looking for a couple volunteers to help set up the LGI room a few hours before the banquet with myself and Becky McCaw. Send me an email if you would like to help. Second, if you could RSVP (reply to this email) by October 17 with your name and tennis player's name and number planning to come, that would be helpful to have an estimated number of guests.
Uniform Returns:
All uniforms should be returned at the banquet. There will be a varsity player/parent collecting the uniforms. Please remember to do the following:
1) wash uniform
2) fold uniform
3) put uniform in disposable bag
4) write name on bag with sharpie (not sticky note because they fall off)
5) give to a person who is collecting them at the banquet.
