Another great showing girls. Some things that have impressed me over the past few days:
- The quality of your ball striking in practice. We did a lot of practice on groundstrokes. Wow were they terrific!
- I never once had a concern of prom expressed, nor did I sense that ANY of you were less prepared today because of prom. Every one of you seemed focused on the tennis.
- The colder weather and wind had little to no effect on your performance. You did a great job of getting yourself warmed up and ready before you stepped onto court in between rounds. Because of that, the crummy weather probably gave us a boost if anything.
