1. There were 8 of us there.
2. We Squatted, Benched, Overhead-Pressed, and did Bent-Rows.
3. We all weighed in and made a plan to gain our first pound of muscle! (I am currently 176.7 pounds. By next Monday, my goal is to be 177.7!!!)
Our next lift will be this Wednesday, November 9, from 3-4 PM.
